NIFTeY NSW meetings are held approximately bi-monthly or more frequently if needed and open to all members as indicated in point 2.

Chair and Secretary roles will be rotated between members as designated.

Members are welcome to place items on the agenda by E-mailing to NIFTeY NSW E-mail list manager and speaking on this agenda item at meeting.

Each member shall have one voting right. Decisions are made by general consensus at meetings.

The membership of NIFTeY NSW may from time to time invite non-members to provide input and expertise which will benefit NIFTeY NSW.

Administration

NIFTeY NSW shall decide each year on a shared basis, who shall be responsible for the administration of NIFTeY NSW. This includes preparation/circulation of the Agenda, as well as taking and circulating Minutes and any other documents arising out of the Minutes.

There shall be a person who represents NIFTeY NSW on the national NIFTeY Board, and who reports on NIFTeY Australia Board matters at each NIFTeY NSW meeting.
